The president of Liamar Multimedia is Liana Marabini, a food historian, film producer, writer and publisher. She is assisted by a team of TV technicians and specialized journalists.

Our television network is dedicated to the history of food, because food is a universal language and human experience. It is more than just what we eat. It affects and influences not only our health and physical wellbeing, but our emotions as well.

HFC is a web TV, broadcasted all over the world through Internet and TV. It has a very large target, because food interests everybody. Our TV channel is an English language television, but it hosts interviews, documentaries, films and reportages in all languages with english subtitles.
